So you’ve begun taking Keto//OS… what now? We’ve been taking the product for a while now and have all the tips to get you started.

  • Drink a glass of water BEFORE you drink your Keto//OS.
  • Within 30 – 40 mins – start moving. Get up, get out and move that body!
  • Water is your friend. Drink Water. Lots of Water. Picture how much water you should be drinking and double it. You don’t want to be dehydrated.
  • Try to avoid additional stimulants – things like coffee, sugar, alcohol are not your friends since Keto//OS will already be providing you with ample energy.
  • If you find that a whole sachet in the morning gives you an upset stomach – have ½ in the morning and ½ around lunchtime before food… This should ease any stomach upsets until you’re able to take a full sachet.
