The Keto diet can most definitely be a delicious one. Here’s a recipe for a golden, crispy cauliflower and bacon hash.

We know that sometimes starting a new diet can be a little daunting. This may be due to losing some of your old favourites, but with a ketogenic diet there is plenty of room for some super delicious and creative meals! Such as one of our favourite recipes below:


½ Cauliflower head, grated or finely chopped (up to you!)

1 Tsp of Turmeric Powder

1 Pinch of salt

Pepper to taste

Ghee or coconut oil for cooking

4-5 Rashers of bacon, diced

2 Cups of spinach leaves

2 Garlic cloves, crushed or finely diced

Optional add ins: other herbs, spices, chilli, onion, broccoli, diced carrot, zucchini, a fried egg (at the end) or a little lemon juice to taste.


  1. Add the ghee/coconut oil to a medium sized frying pan and allow it to heat up as the fat coats the entire pan.
  2. Add the cauliflower and sauté until golden.
  3. Add turmeric, salt, pepper, garlic and more oil/ghee if necessary.
  4. Add spinach and stir through until wilted.
  5. Remove the cauliflower mix from pan and place into bowls.
  6. Add the bacon to the frying pan and cook until crispy.
  7. Scoop the bacon pieces over the cauliflower and serve immediately and enjoy!
