This is one of those things you can get truly excited about and give your friends serious food envy. We think this is going to be the foodies next equivalent of the Turducken (chicken stuffed in a duck, stuffed in a turkey) although this one is probably a bit healthier. It’s an egg stuffed in an avocado wrapped in bacon. What kind of food genius comes up with this stuff?

Ingredients

1 x egg

1 x large avocado

5-6 strips bacon

Instructions

Place the egg in boiling water for 4-6 minutes, remove and cool.

Slice avocado in half and remove skin and seed so you have two edible halves.

Crack egg shell and peel shell completely off.

Place egg inside of avocado and wrap avocado up in the bacon so it is fully covered.

Place in a hot pan and fry all sides until bacon is golden.

Once your magnificent production is complete, cut in half and devour!
